Terms & Conditions – Fashion Vocabulary Designer Subscription

Effective: July 1, 2025
Valid Until: December 31, 2025

By subscribing to Fashion Vocabulary as a fashion designer, you (“you”, “subscriber”, or “member”) agree to the following terms and conditions. This subscription grants you professional access to the Fashion Vocabulary platform and its evolving digital dictionary.

1. Subscription Details

  • Fee: £50 (non-refundable)

  • Duration: 6 months (from July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025)

  • Access: Full access to the Fashion Vocabulary Living Dictionary, including all updates, editorial enhancements, and industry-relevant language entries during the subscription period.

2. Intellectual Property

All content within the Fashion Vocabulary platform, including the Living Dictionary, is the intellectual property of Hana Towobola and protected by UK and international copyright law. No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.

3. Password Security & Misuse

Each subscription is strictly individual and non-transferable. Sharing your password or login credentials with anyone else is a breach of these terms. If we detect unauthorised access:

  • Your access will be immediately revoked, and

  • Legal action will be pursued for breach of copyright and contract.

We take unauthorised use of our materials seriously to protect the integrity of our work and the professional value of our subscribers.

4. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is processed. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion in cases of system failure or documented payment error.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if the subscriber violates any of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fashion Vocabulary is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from technical issues, account misuse, or any unauthorised third-party access.
